FAQ

Here are some answers to the most commonly asked questions about JetCar Puerto Rico's jet car rental service. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us directly.

  • How much does it cost?
    We rent JetCars for $270/hour pre-paid through our website no cash bookings. If you would like to rent for the day, the weekend or for the week just let us know.
  • How do I book a rental?
    Submit a booking request and we will get back in touch with you. Or you can pay directly on our website and we will see you at your rental location 30 minutes before your booking. Estimated launch date of February 14th 2024.
  • When will JetCar PR launch?
    We have a target launch date of February 14th 2024 to be operational with JetCars available to be rented.
  • Can I be an investor partner in JetCar PR?
    Yes we have several options for you to passively earn from our operation. You can be an angel investor limited partner through the Impeller website www.impeller.investpr.org, you can buy a jetcar and we will charter it for you or you can participate in our future crowdfunding round called "JetCar Club". Contact us for more details.
  • Is it dangerous?
    We are fully insured and will give you an expert safety briefing. We will not allow riders to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol to rent from us and you must be 21 or older with a license. A rider can be denied the rental for anytime for any reason. We promote safety at all times.
  • Are you hiring or seeking talent?
    Yes! We are currently seeking a "Jetcar Representative (JR)" which will be paid hourly plus a bonus for extra bookings. We are also seeking "Customer Service Representative (CSR)" to hang out with us and walk up and down the beach and ask people if they want to ride while the cars are in motion.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
