Cancellation Policy

Here’s a booking policy tailored for Jetcar Puerto Rico that you can use on Wix, covering card-on-file for damages, a rain delay refund policy, and no-show refund terms: --- Jetcar Puerto Rico Booking Policy 1. Card on File for Damages All rentals require a valid credit card to be kept on file for potential damage or late return fees. This card will not be charged unless there are damages, loss, or excessive late fees as per the rental agreement. 2. Rain Delay Refund In the event of inclement weather and a rain delay exceeding 45 minutes, you are eligible for a full refund for the portion of your ride that is affected by the rain delay. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and you will be notified by email once the refund is issued. 3. No Show Policy If you fail to show up for your scheduled reservation without prior notice, you will be charged a 50% refund of the total booking amount. To avoid this charge, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled booking. 4. Cancellations and Modifications Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 5. Rental Duration and Late Returns Rentals are billed per hour, and late returns will incur additional charges based on our hourly rate. You are expected to return the vehicle on time as agreed in the rental contract. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to adhere to the terms set forth in this policy. ---
